21 Lines of Code
You might be wondering what the title is about. Well this is the total lines of code I have written in the 21 days which is coincidentally the number of days the campaign has been going.
This week we hit our £500 milestone which is actually fucking crazy! I can’t thank everyone who has backed us enough! This week has been so busy with meetings for most of the days and the other days I have been in work. For those of you that don’t know I'm currently working part time to help fund the app.
The Good News
Well the good news is that lots of meetings means potential funding which in turn means that you guys will be able to start using the app as soon as possible. As of this weekend I will be back developing the app flat out while the rest of the business stuff is put on the back burner. Yes I would agree with people that the business side of things is important but realistically it’s not important at all if I don’t have the actual app!
In other big news I’m actually standing in Google’s European HQ down in Dublin (07/04/17) putting the finishing touches on this blog post. I’m down for their business breakfast with the aim of gaining a key insight on how Google's products can help grow my business as well as a great opportunity to network with other entrepreneurs. I’m not even going to lie, I’m super excited to have this opportunity to be here and have a look around Google’s offices! Expect plenty of photos, for now it's just the one below!
At this stage I’m still very hopeful that there will be an early version of the app by the end of June. In every blog from now there will be an update on the progress of the app! I want Jaunt to be a company that provides world class customer service and part of that is to have complete complete transparency with your customers.
